Whether your kids were born to dance or have two left feet (we won’t tell), chances are they’ll have fun stepping into the shoes of a Rockette for a day. Real-life former Rockettes Jacey Lambros and Danielle DeAngelo – the lovely ladies behind the trio of super fun Jane DO fitness studios – are giving kids ages 6 to 9 the chance to hone their skills in jazz techniques and learn energetic Rockette-style choreography during their one-day Rockette Dance Workshop at their Edgewater location.
We’ve taken classes at Jane Do – where their high-caliber, comprehensive workout focuses on giving participants the strength of an athlete combined with the body of a dancer – so we know what fabulous teachers they are and expect that Jacey and Danielle will pack in as much dance-centric stuff as possible during the 90-minute session. They say they’ll even have your little dancer thinking like a Rockette by the end of the day!
