It’s 9:00 pm, your significant other is out of town and you need a cookie right.this.minute. Of course, you can’t leave your sleeping kids for a quick run to the grocery (though it IS tempting) and you don’t have any in the house because then you'd eat them all in one sitting. This Friday, The Cookie Connect in Ridgewood will be open for business, delivering fresh hot cookies (a la Insomnia Cookies) to all those prone to late night carb cravings (which is basically all of us!)
The Cookie Connect cookies include flavors like Fruity-Pebbz, Cookies n Cream, Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip, and Birthday Cake in addition to The Classic chocolate chip cookie. Or, if you’re not feeling the cookies one day, try the Cereal Ice Cream bar where your soft serve ice cream can get sprinkled with cereal, doused in sauce and scattered with sprinkles. Cereal shakes, cookie cups and, of course, glasses of milk (including almond milk) are also on the menu.
Indoor seating is available so drop in and stay a while (the bakery will reportedly also feature the first augmented reality art wall on the East Coast).
