Westwood’s already-booming dining scene is about to get a big daytime upgrade. New farm-to-table restaurant, B&S Kitchen (bread & salad), is opening on Monday February 15th with one mission: bringing healthy, sustainable foods to your stomach. All ingredients are organic, grass-fed, cage-free and chemical-free.
Start your day off with one of the nutritious and filling breakfast option B&S Kitchen is serving up. Their healthy menu covers all the bases for even the pickiest eaters. Options include Avocado Toast and Egg specialties, omelet platters such as Porcini & Feta, Build-You-Own breakfast platters, and standards like pancakes and French toast.
Stop in at lunchtime for one of the sandwich specialties, where the outside is just as good as what’s inside. Fresh bread is literally the name of the game here, so B&S gives you the option of how to enjoy it: crispy, untoasted, with melted cheese, un-melted cheese…the possibilities only end with your imagination. Pair their perfectly baked bread with options such as Turkey & Brie or Caprese.
If salads are more your speed, B&S Market lets you dress your dream bowl with their wide selection of organic ingredients. Choose your base from Brown Rice to Organic Kale Blend; then pick from their market’s choice items including Cauliflower with Garlic and Roasted Brussels Sprouts; top with simple vegetables plus a hot protein choice.
Also on the menu? Burgers and Italian specialties like Meatball Parm and Italian Sausage Peppers. If your mouth is still watering and palate needs a refresh, wash it down with one of B&S Kitchen’s smoothies or cold-pressed juices. For a jolt of energy and warmth, sip on one of their hot coffee drinks such as Café mocha and Americano. Top it off with a homemade Italian gelatos. Bonus: catering will also be available once the time comes for safe get-togethers again.
