The Little Gym (Hasbrouck Heights, Waldwick see website for locations)
It’s no accident that Parents and Tots have been enjoying getting physical at the Little Gym for years.  The formula for the national chain’s success is simple: let kids blow off steam by structuring classes which strongly encourage jumping, running, bending and rolling led by fun instructors who know how to engage even the busiest of bees.  Add in the modern, clean, state of the art facilities and watch for smiles all around.

My Gym (522 Broad Street, Glen Rock, 201-444-4644) My Gym’s curated program for tots has been honed over time as one of the leaders in developmental playtime. With classes for the youngest of tots (like their Little Bundles Class for ages 6 weeks to 6 months), and tons of offerings for the over 6 month set, they keep it fun and engaging at each age and stage, with age appropriate equipment for kids to explore and play on. Instructors at the Glen Rock location have gotten rave reviews from local moms who say they’re “like family” and bring smiles to their kids’ faces.

The Superdome in Waldwick (34 Hopper Avenue, Waldwick, 201-444-7660)
With over 79,000 square feet of indoor playing fields, a three lane running track and climate control housed within a 67 foot dome, The Superdome was built to offer the kind of top notch sports programs and activities young athletes can enjoy year round.  From Lacrosse, to Soccer to Football and Baseball, plus birthday parties, camps and “rec nights”, this is a place for your player to break a sweat.  Youngest visitors (ages 3-6) can participate in the Dome’s “Rising Stars Program” for multi-sport or sport specific (soccer, football) training for basic skill building and fun.

Elite Training Academy, (1 Tice Road, Franklin Lakes, 201-847-2550)
