Services  /

Ah yes, the tween and teen years. Whatever happened to your dear sweet girl, the one who used to hold your hand, wear five skirts at once, and cuddle on your lap? Now look at her: she’s texting, talking back, and trying a little too hard to be too cool for school.

What’s a mother to do? Enter Julie Brower, Teen Empowerment Coach extraordinaire.

For Julie, it’s all about getting those “selfies” in check, as in: self-esteem, self-love, self-confidence, self-awareness and self-respect – all in six easy sessions.

In one-on-one, duet, or small group settings, giving her the tools to live a healthy life and approach all situations and setbacks with balance, patience and humor.
