Cranberry-Orange Glazed Brie

1 (16-ounce) Brie
2-3 teaspoon or orange marmalade
1 (12-ounce) package dried cranberries
1 cup toasted walnuts
1 assorted crackers or toasted bread

Trim rind from top of Brie, leaving a 1/3-inch border on top. Place Brie on a baking sheet.
Spread orange marmalade over Brie. Top with cranberries and nuts.  And simmer 7.
Bake Brie at 500° for 5 minutes. Pour cranberry mixture over Brie and top with walnuts. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted bread.

Manchego Filled Dates

Manchego Cheese
Dates
Bacon

Slice the Manchego Cheese into 1/2” x 1” sticks. Wrap the “butterflied dates (fancy term for sliced open to be able to lay flat) around the Manchego cheese. Wrap the date with a piece of bacon that has been cut about 3” long. Fasten with a toothpick and broil until the bacon is crispy. Enjoy!!

Bacon Wrapped Dates

12 slices bacon
24 dry pitted dates
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cup OJ


Partially cook bacon and cut in half
Mix dry ingredients… add dates
Wrap dates in bacon hold together with toothpick
Reduce OJ by half
Dip bacon wrapped date in OJ and cook @325 for 5 minutes or until bacon is crispy
