Manchego Filled Dates

Manchego Cheese

Slice the Manchego Cheese into 1/2” x 1” sticks. Wrap the “butterflied dates (fancy term for sliced open to be able to lay flat) around the Manchego cheese. Wrap the date with a piece of bacon that has been cut about 3” long. Fasten with a toothpick and broil until the bacon is crispy. Enjoy!!
