Along with the box office stars on its multiplex big screens and its big-time stores and attractions, the Palisades Center mall is rolling out the red carpet once again, this time for a new restaurant with an all-star celebrity chef behind it—and one superstar cuisine: Italian!
On the heels of his hit restaurants UNION Restaurant and Bar Latino (Haverstaw, NY), the award-winning Revel (Garden City, NY) and Manhattan’s 5 & Diamond, Chef David Martinez has just cut the ribbon on his latest dining venture, The Hudson, on Level 4 West of the popular shopping and retail destination.
Taking over the space previously held by Tony Roma’s, Martinez has kept the family-friendly vibe—we spotted more than a few four-tops in the restaurant’s open dining room, which also features a sweeping arched bar-style seating area with glossy white high chairs—making it a perfect post-visit pitstop to relax and refuel.
So what’s up with food here anyway? Word on the street is calling it top-notch, eclectic Italian cuisine, specialty craft cocktails, and versatile menu offerings that will take you back to the Old Country.
