At Apple Montessori Summer Camp in Mahwah, Oakland, Cliffside Park, and Edgewater, the theme this year is Road Trip USA and your child will get to explore a fun new destination each week all without ever leaving home.
With four locations in Bergen County and 18 in New Jersey, Apple Montessori offers 8 weeks of summer camp for children ages 2–12 beginning the week of July 1st and ending on Friday, August 23rd . Their carefully curated summer camp experience is an exciting and enriching environment filled with fun and learning-that-doesn’t-feel-like- learning all summer long. The year-round staff at Apple Montessori offers lessons specifically designed to combat summer learning loss with classes in coding and robotics, music, drama, cooking, arts, and sports. All Bergen County Apple Montessori locations are equipped with state-of-the-art outdoor classrooms so kids can connect with nature in a hands-on way while also building gross motor skills.
There’s something for every kid with non-stop fun, outdoor activities, nature experiences, field trips, and in-house special events. Each of these is made more unique with the Road Trip USA theme as kids explore Washington D.C, Tennessee, New York, Utah, Florida, Ohio, California, and Hawaii but you don’t have to hear the constant refrain of, “Are we there yet?”
Almost all Apple Montessori locations have a pool located on the campus. When at a pool on-site, campers have the opportunity to master a life and survival skill in their daily swim lessons with Red Cross certified lifeguards. Locations without a pool on-site have access to off-site swimming, splash pads, or other outdoor water play options so campers can beat the heat.
