Progressive Dance Studio’s focus has always been on developing each individual student’s talents, self-confidence, and self-esteem in a safe, non-competitive environment. And since both the health and safety of its students has always been of the utmost importance to PDS, the studio has ramped up its safety procedures with temperature checks, social distancing protocols, limited student capacity, and more.
Dance classes are tailored to children of all ages and skill levels beginning with Tots-in-Tutus and Tots Hop for 3-year-olds and going all the way up to a variety of classes for teens at all skill levels. Along the way, children are encouraged to try new styles and techniques -- from ballet, to tap and jazz to hip hop, to see which they like best.
PDS is also home to the award-winning Synergy Dance Company (SDC), which has won numerous awards at competition events over the years, including the banner year of 2019, when one of its young members took home the Prestige Elite award and landed first place overall in the Petite Division.
