One River School’s Art Camps Let Kiddos Get Creative (dedicated)

Can we go back to being a kid this summer, just so we can attend camp at One River School of Art + Design? Please? We would seriously love to take these classes in all sorts of art, design, photography and filmmaking. Check out just some of the more than 70 cool options: Graphic Novel Illustration, Street Art Painting, Botanical Watercolors, Manga & Anime, Architectural Design, Photo Editing, Movie Making, 3D Modeling, Galaxy Painting, and the list goes on!

One River has locations in both Allendale and Englewood, so there’s a convenient option no matter which side of Bergen you live in, and kids from Kindergarten on up to grade 12 are welcome (there’s even a two-week portfolio program to guide pre-college teens in creating a body of work for applications). Weekly camps are offered in morning and afternoon sessions, and students can bundle classes for a full day if desired. (We actually love the idea of kids getting out of the sun and heat for a bit and creating something in the cool comfort of One River’s gorgeous studios.) Instructors are professional artists and designers in their field who are committed to providing students with a fun and hands-on exploration of new media, ideas and tools.
