There’s no more ubiquitous yoga apparel brand than Lululemon. And for good reason: Who doesn’t love the line’s buttery-soft fabrics, bold prints, and compression features that help us out in all the right places? Oh, and here’s a not-so-secret fact: We’re not always headed anywhere near a fitness studio when we slip on some of our fave Lululemon pieces ... we just like how they look and love how they feel.
While we’ve always been big fans of the brand’s Garden State Plaza store, we’re thrilled to report that we’ll now have another super-convenient option for picking up hot new workout wear when Lululemon opens another Bergen County location at Closter Plaza on Friday.
Here’s the scoop: The stylish store will be about the same size as the GSP shop, done in a modern look that’s heavy on white and grey hues with digital boards dotting the space. In addition to all the newest lines, the location will also offer a vast men’s collection so you can pick up pieces for hubby while you’re there.
As with most of its stores, this one will be heavy on local outreach and will offer free yoga every Saturday along with frequent community events, and will spotlight area fitness ambassadors. The grand opening celebration will take place March 1st and 2nd featuring a DJ, yoga, and more. And if trying on new clothes, doing free yoga, and grooving to a DJ doesn’t get you out of the house that weekend, nothing will.
