Indoor Rinks

Hackensack:

The Ice House of NJ is a massive ice skating facility with 4 NHL regulation size rinks, hockey training and leagues, skating lessons from top instructors, open skate, birthday parties and a snack bar. For Friday night fun, try the Skate Jam. From 9:30-11:30, skate to sounds of a live DJ and the sights of a laster light show. Admission is $20 and includes skate rental. Englewood:

Mackay Ice Rink in Englewood offers a Learn to Skate program, Hockey, birthday parties and open skate time on one rink covered rink that is mostly indoors. Private event rental of the rink is also available. Westwood:

The Fritz Dietl Ice Rink is a family owned facility with one ice rink for lessons, open skate, hockey rental and parties. It’s ice skating in Bergen County just like you remember it! Wayne:

The Ice Vault is the areas newest multi-rink facility. With three rinks, two that operate year round, public skating, learn to skate programs, recreational hockey leagues, figure skating, birthday parties and more, this rink has something for everyone. Plus, non-skaters can make themselves comfortable in the elevated restaurant with windows that overlook the rinks. Little Falls:

Located on Montclair State University campus, the Floyd Hall Arena is a 2-rink, year round facility and is home to tons of hockey and figure skating teams and hosts local schools, along with public skating, learn to skate sessions, birthday parties and more. Rockland County:

Palisades Center Ice Rink on the top floor of the Palisades Center can add an hour or two of active fun to your mall/movie day. Monsey, NY:

The Sportorama ice rink is as close to ice skating in Bergen County as you can get in New York. Located just across the border, you can find lessons, public skate times, hockey and the home of the Skyliners Synchronized Figure Skating team. Outdoor Rinks

Jersey City:

Looking for a small outdoor rink in the middle of a neighborhood for some weekend ice skating fun in Bergen County? Try Newport Skates. Located right on the Hudson River, this rink is open weekday afternoons and all day on the weekends and offering group and private skate lessons. Want some protection from the elements but still want an outdoor skating experience? Pershing Field Ice Rink (otherwise known as the Charlie Heger Ice Rink) fits the bill with a roof but still open to the elements. Secaucus:

The Secaucus Ice Rink, which underwent a $2.1 million renovation a few years ago, resulting in more efficient ice making capabilities is once again open for business in Buchmuller Park.
