You swore this was the year you’d get in shape, but somewhere between good intentions and your best laid plans, working on your fitness has fallen by the wayside. No more excuses! (valid for new clients only, must present this email upon booking, booking subject to availability, offer expires March 15th, 2015)

Since the Englewood outpost of NYC-based Flywheel opened in February 2013, with their modern, plugged-in, studios, hip, buff, motivating instructors and heart pumping spin and barre classes we’ve certainly had our share of sweaty sessions in their studios. Now’s your chance to take their classes for a whirl. (Flywheel Englewood, 25 S. Van Brundt St, Englewood, Englewood Studio only, will honor new clients of either flywheel or flybarre, email [email protected] to sign up!)

Equinox Paramus: Equinox’s 30,000 square foot Bergen location lured us in with their signature kick-butt classes, sleek facilities, a spa, cafe, retail and childcare. Yes, we’ve been there and loved it. So if you haven’t tried it yet, now is your perfect opportunity to spend a morning (or 7). (Equinox Paramus, 776 Rt. 17 N., Paramus, 201.518.7999)

Rise Fitness With a packed schedule of unique classes including their signature Performance Training- a combo of cardio, strength training, and yoga and Power Half Hour: a half hour sweat sesh created with time pressed mamas in mind, Rise has got a lot to offer. But the real draw here is owner Rob Jaroszuk’s coaching, which creates a community-based approach to fitness that makes clients feel they’ve got a whole team behind them.
