Even before we knew what WowMoms World was, we knew were gonna like it since we’re all about our world of wow-worthy moms. And the concept doesn’t disappoint: A stimulating multi-use space that offers fitness and wellness options for parents and fun, stimulating activities for kids. After starting out in Canada and expanding to the U.S., the franchise is opening its first Jersey location right here in Paramus this fall.
You’ll be able to swing by the stylish 6,200-square-foot facility for a yet-to-be-announced roster of classes focused on you (think pre-and-post-natal yoga, boot camp, and TRX offerings), your little ones (stuff like swim classes), or classes for both of you (will likely include music and movement classes and mommy-and-me yoga). There’s also a shiny new open-play area for preschoolers. That means kids 3 and up can have fun under the supervision of staffers while moms take a fitness class or get a spa treatment. Yep, WowMoms will also offer various types of massage and floatation therapy so you can unplug and recharge while knowing the kiddos are nearby playing their hearts out. The place will also boast a cafe with lots of good-for-you fare and children’s birthday party options. Think of it as an all-in-one stop for both self-care and kids’ enrichment. “We all focus on taking care of our families but you have to remember you’re an individual,” says co-owner Katie Lennon, “and to take care of your family you need to also take care of yourself as an individual.” 
Ready to do just that? So are we. Look for the new outpost of WowMoms World to open at the end of the year or early 2020.
