Two New Restaurants Set to Open in Englewood Cliffs NJ This Fall

 /

We interrupt your regularly scheduled summer activities with a huge newsflash.

Two new *amazing* restaurant openings are about to make Fall your favorite season this year.

Englewood Cliffs is going to get its share of favorite eateries and they're definitely something to get excited about.

First, coming soon to the old American Cut space (yes, remember that gorgeous space with a huge parking lot and great vibes?) will be a Greek restaurant and bar called Lefkes, brought to NJ by the Kellari Hospitality Group - the team behind the uber successful 'Cesca on Manhattan's Upper West Side amongst other fave spots in NYC and DC. With a menu filled with farm-to-table Greek specialties including fresh fish flown in and a full raw bar, you'll have tons of light options to pair with those perfectly crafted cocktails. As far as decor, expect a large space, with light and earth tones, a lounge upstairs and plenty of tables for groups and private dining- perfect for holiday parties.

Second, and brace yourself, the insta-famous, cult-fave, Brownstone Pancake Factory is opening up a second location in the Central Kitchen space. We repeat, Englewood Cliffs is getting its own BPF!  So the good news is that you can enjoy the crazy shakes, amazing pancakes and acai bowls and you don't have to trek down to River Road. The new location, which we assume will be impeccably designed by Vanessa Deleon (wife of owner Bobby Bournias) will be geared to family dining (with an actual Cotton Candy machine!) and will offer a full bar- because God knows you'll need a cocktail to help you cope with your kids' sugar highs after your meal.
