On February 16, Pinstripes is opening is latest location in Paramus, bringing its concept of bistro, bowling, and bocce to Bergen. The first to New Jersey, Pinstripes offers Italian-American dishes and handcrafted cocktails to tickle your tastebuds, plus 13 bowlings lanes and three bocce courts — all spread out through its more than 30,000 square feet and two floors of modern, chic space. It literally epitomizes the old adage, 'eat, drink, and be merry.'
On the bottom floor, fill your stomach with seasonal eats from the bistro menu that features dishes from Chefs Cesar Gutierrez and Douglas Geraghty like the prosciutto fig flatbread, famous prime rib dip, maple-glazed ham, and chicken and goat cheese pasta, and kids menu for the little. The menu also includes a wine list, local beers, and handcrafted cocktails with an Italian spin like the Margarita Italiano and Limoncello Martini. The space can seat up to 107 people, including a bar and a number of large TVs ideal for watching your fave sporting events. As the temps heat up, you can take it outdoors and hang al fresco on the 137-set, 2,000 square foot patio.
Plus, you can reserve one of their three event spaces for private parties that can fit up to 1,000 people. Meaning your next major shindig will be one to remember. Want to check it out this week?
