Powerflow Yoga Under the Stars
The people of Powerflow are offing a free 60-minute evening class every other Tuesday starting on June 13th at their Morristown Studio. It starts at 7:00 pm and you’ll flow and sweat as the sun sets. Then you’ll do your savasana under the stars. Bring your mat, your friend, and maybe a few bucks to buy a kombucha from Whole Foods when class is over because it’s held in their outdoor cafe. Another option is to checkout Powerflow Westwood’s Yoga in the Park, where you can Downward Dog among the trees Wednesdays all summer long. Yoga obsessed? At Life Time they have groups of runners of all ranges and abilities. They’ve got instructors to teach and help you set goals and you’ll make friends and running dates to keep yourself accountable.
