A town known for its excellent taste and a variety of culinary adventures, we didn’t think it was possible for Ridgewood’s already-happening dining scene to get any more happening.
But it has. We snagged a sneak peek at NOVO, which opens today, and has all the right ingredients: an up-and-coming chef (Eli Kachlon, who has worked in several of NYC’s most respected and acclaimed restaurants, like Gordon Ramsay at The London in NYC ); an exquisite menu influenced by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, North African and European palates; and a chic, modern décor illuminated by deep hues and casual elegance.
Novo’s menu is a journey through contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. With an emphasis on locally grown, fresh, seasonal ingredients, the menu changes frequently and will surprise you in all the right ways. Novo combines the classic with the contemporary to achieve bold, exciting and comforting flavors among its innovative culinary compositions.
With valet parking (yes!) attentive service and a BYO drink menu, we think we’ve just discovered our new favorite dining hotspot.
