Cold winter days can be loooong when you have a little one at home. You’ve done Play-Doh, finger painting, Matchbox cars, puzzles, dress up, Barbies, dinosaurs and Candy Land—and it’s only 10:30 a.m. Time to sign up for mommy and me classes at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades.
Classes at the JCC are a great reason to get out of the house, meet up with friends and have a good time while learning something new. Winter classes in dance, music, swimming and pre-sports/movement start in January. And moms to new babies can join their mommy/baby playgroup where they can find support and get advice from a skilled facilitator on topics such as feedings and sleep.
