Montclair’s Vanillamore Will Definitely Be Your (Afternoon) Cup of Tea

So, you went to see the Downton Abbey movie last weekend and now you’re sort of jonesing for a manor house and a butler. Not sure how attainable that is, but we do have some good news. You can now channel your inner Lady Mary with a proper afternoon tea at Vanillamore  in Montclair.

Vanillamore, envisioned as a restaurant that puts desserts at the center of the menu with healthy, seasonal savory food to complement, serves small plates, toasts, meat and cheese boards, salads, grain bowls and snacks. For their afternoon tea, expect freshly baked scones, interesting pairings of cheeses and accompaniments, a few savory offerings, and lots and lots of super yummy sweet treats. Plus, each course comes with suggested tea pairings to complement the flavors. 

We’re also excited about the Vanillamore 5-course tasting dinners and the Milk & Cookie Happy Hour because who wouldn’t be excited about an event at which guests get a peek into what’s baking in the kitchen with tastings of brand new milk and cookie flavors straight from R&D?
