Holiday Card How-To!

 /

Somehow you missed booking your go-to celebrity stylist this year. Ditto for your regular photographer to the stars. Wreck the halls! But wait – before you reuse last year’s photo (so 2011!) or cut-and-paste a random stock photo family (so ghetty!); check out these expert DIY tips and you’ll be singing “fa-la-la fabulous home photo shoot…” in no time.

Check out some of our favorite Photo Holiday Cards from Tiny Prints.

1.  First step for your Holiday Card shopping-plan a photo shoot with your family for your holiday cards or have a friend or family member take photos for you. You can style a small shoot in your back yard and hang decorations in the trees to provide a great background for your card. For a DIY “winter weather” theme, you could cut up tissue paper and have the family throw it in the air to look like snow falling.

2.  Make sure while you are waiting for your photos you gather all of the mailing addresses of your friends and family so you can send your cards out on time

3.  Choose your favorite design and order Tiny Prints Holiday Cards by December 9th or earlier to receive free standard shipping and have them arrive by Christmas.

4.  You can also order matching holiday address labels directly from Tiny Prints!  (we love one-stop shopping, don’t you?)

Now go on, it’s a snap.
