Fitness  /

So you've made your New Year's resolution to get healthy and fit, but now starts the hard part of actually sticking to it and hitting your goals. The biggest hurdle is finding a workout routine that makes you want to keep coming back for me. The good news is that doesn't mean you have to just keep hopping on the treadmill day in and day out (though that's an option if you prefer!)

Bergen County is practically overflowing with gyms to keep you engaged, so it's all about finding the right one that works for you. While these gyms are for everyone, they have workouts that Bergen Dads will enjoy, too (yes, we're giving you some much-deserved attention in 2024!) Along with traditional workouts, head to one of these spots for some out-of-the-box ways to get fit, have fun, stay strong, and make exercise an everyday thing.
