Fiorentini's focus on sustainability and locally sourced ingredients grown in the healthiest soil conditions brings together the organic, seasonal menu. For starters, sink your teeth into their fresh Poached Pear Salad, prepared with homemade ricotta, spicy candied pecans, sunflower seeds and truffle jus; enjoy the Mediterranean Octupus with potato-chorizo croquette and bbq popcorn; or try their healthy, fresh Farm Beets.
Entrées include a balance of unique, homemade pastas plus dishes by sea and by land. Pasta lovers will enjoy their Spaghetti Chitarra or Tagliatelle, both made from scratch in their kitchen.
