On the menu designed by Executive Chef Aura Montoya, find classic tacos, burritos and quesadillas that will transport you to another place. Taco options include the Carne Asada, Baja Fish, Carnitas and Raja (Vegetarian), among others. All tacos are prepared on their handmade corn tortillas that serve as the backbone of the taco, and pair well with their special house salsa -- which range from mild to very spicy -- for extra flavor. Burritos can be served on tortilla or turned into a burrito bowl, with menu items overlapping the taco options, plus the California burrito (steak, cheese, fries, guac) and Bean & Cheese burrito. Be sure to leave room for their delicious sides, including the Loaded Fries or Nachos -- both great for sharing -- and Street Corn served with mayonaisse, cotija cheese and chili powder. And if you're still hungry, or simply can't resist the call of a delicious dessert, try their Churros served with caramel dipping sauce.
