You can proclaim any day to be New Year's Day, including, and maybe especially, the first day your kids finally go back to school this fall. So, Happy New Year! What is it you'd like to achieve? If it's a health and fitness routine that's practical and sustainable and helps you perform everyday tasks more easily and comfortably, it's time to make the call to Muna Rimawi of Bloom Fitness.


Bloom Fitness is a one-on-one, in-home or online training program customized to each individual client based on her past medical history, fitness level, and long- and short-term fitness goals. The personalized attention Muna gives each client is centered on training the body to efficiently and effectively perform everyday tasks, and is backed by her 10+ years of experience with private and group training. Muna focuses on client accountability, basic nutrition, and training each client to perform functional exercises that fit into their lifestyle, while helping women become the best, most fit version of themselves.


In addition to her decade of experience, Muna also holds a B.S. in Athletic Training from Montclair State University and multiple certifications for group and individual training. Her own personal fitness journey makes her an empathetic but exacting coach and a trustworthy fitness mentor. Spots for one-on-one, in-person training are now open and a training location will be opening soon. Muna is based in New Jersey, but is able to reach anyone through her online training program, customized to fit your specific needs.
