Chef Robby Felice is Cooking Dinner on a Farm and We’re Totally (Ho)Down with it

Restaurants  /

It’s been said the most romantic kind of dinner is one you cook at home. Um, that person clearly wasn’t the one making it, and their home wasn’t full of screaming kids. For a real romantic dining experience, we’re getting dressed up and heading out for a night of fun and food at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain. For the second year in a row, renowned chef Robbie Felice—we recently raved about his culinary prowess as the head chef at Osteria Crescendo in Westwood—is cooking dinner at a local farm. The amazing chef is teaming up with local grower Steve MacClean for a night of next-level al fresco fine dining under the stars at MacClean’s 170-acre family farm.

The idea couldn’t be more delicious. Guests are treated to a behind-the-scenes group tour of the grounds followed by four inspired courses—each featuring 100% organic, locally grown ingredients and specially prepared by Chef Felice himself—served outdoors at sunset. After dinner service, the group is invited to shop the bounty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats at the farm’s on-site market. It’s one night you won’t soon forget.

And we do mean one night! Seating for the initial Monday evening service sold out so quickly that a second evening—Tuesday, September 24—was added. It’s sure to sell out just as quickly, so arrange for a sitter STAT, and click here for all the info and to secure your seats.
