What: Sheep-to-Shawl at Philipsburg Manor
Why:  Celebrate spring with “Sheep-to-Shawl” Sheep shearing, dyeing wool and weaving cloth. 
When:   Saturday April 20-Sunday April 21 from 10am-5pm, Tickets are $14 for adults and $8 for children (3-17) (members and children under 3 are free).

What: Run for the Wild at the Bronx Zoo
Why:  The 5K and family friendly run helps save the elephants, plus gives you an all day access pass to the park, score.

What: Grand Opening of Lilly Pulitzer at Shops of Riverside
Why:  The princess of Palm Beach has opened up a Bergen outpost and will be hosting a grand opening with gifts for the first 50 shoppers, paintings and limited edition items for visitors.

What: Bhive Salon’s Earth Day Event
Why:  The organic salon will be celebrating with earth-friendly vendors, music, and a live raptor show!  FREE.

What: Doggy Derby to Benefit Halfway Hounds
