Breakfast: I like to start my day with a healthy serving of gluten free oats with cinnamon, a sprinkle of chia seeds and some berries.

Breakfast: Organic Smoothie, 2 large leaves of Kale, 2 celery stalks chopped, 1/2 cucumber chopped, Bunch of parsley , 1/2 green apple diced, 1/4 cup pineapple chunks,1 scoop wheat grass, 1 tablespoon grounded flaxseed, 1 tablespoon hemp protein, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon , 1/2-3/4 cup homemade decaf iced green tea, Blend until smooth. Dilute to liking.

Breakfast: Pre Made Mini Egg Quiches. They are so simple to make and can be prepared the night before or even better days before. I usually make a batch throw them in the fridge and the in the morning heat in microwave and GO! Simple , easy and healthy.
