Hop on your bike and imagine that first hill ahead of you. Now imagine that hill is made of mashed potatoes. And there on the very top, you see not a slice, but a slab of pie. Ready, set, go get the pie! You can even have a second slice after your Turkey Burn ride. And, if you really overindulge, you head back on Friday for a post-feast spin.
