How Superbowl Sideline Reporter Tracy Wolfson Pregames

Wellness  /

We touched base with Emmy nominated CBS sideline reporter, host of the all-women sports show, “We Need to Talk,” and all around amazing Bergen Mama of three, Tracy Wolfson, to find out 11 things she does to #pregame.

1. First and foremost get my early notes and stories in order for both teams

2. Check the weather report! I've seen rain, sun, warm, cool, wind... Who knows?!

3. Figure out what to pack- not easy when I'm going to be away for 8 days

4. Quick blowout with Kiera at Hair Luxe in Cresskill to last me early part of week and a mani at Pinky Nails in Tenafly

5. Spend as much extra quality time with the kids before I leave because boy will I miss them

After arrival in San Jose:

6. Wednesday through Saturday meet with teams and attend practices. Finalize last minute stories and notes

7. Friday One-on-one training with a Nike specialist- the only time I can squeeze in workout

8. Friday attend the one and only Super Bowl party I have time for!

9. Saturday make a quick stop at Dry Bar because Sunday's call time is so early

10. Sunday Pregame a quick session with my voice coach to remind myself to breath!!

11. Sunday right before kick off- look around me and take it all in because this is a moment I want to remember

I'm ready for Super Bowl 50!
