Kids grades K-4 will spend half the class creating and half the class practicing yoga breathing and relaxation techniques. They'll learn fun yoga poses led by Meagan Janson, RYT and Karma Kids Certified Yoga teacher and come home with crafty projects including a custom yoga mat, beaded breathing bracelets, a calm canvas painting, positive mantra rocks and yoga mandalas and dream catchers. Classes will be held on Thursdays at 4:00 pm from September 13th through October 18th and  price includes all class sessions and supplies except the yoga mat for customizing, register here.
