Judging from the number of Christmas trees and holiday lights already popping up around Bergen County, it looks like we’re all getting into the holiday spirit early this year. If you need an even bigger dose of holiday cheer, head to bergenPAC in Englewood, New Jersey on Sunday, December 8 th from 1:00pm – 4:00pm for their gala fundraiser, “A Winter Wonderland Masquerade” to benefit their Performing Arts School. You’ll get festive as bergenPAC’s incredible students offer multi-disciplinary performances throughout the building at this exciting interactive event.
The bergenPAC Performing Arts School offers arts experiences for all, regardless of age, ability, or level. Children as young as three months all the way up to adults, can participate in the school’s age and skill appropriate, inspiring programs in music, dance, early childhood programming, and theater. Classes are offered seven days a week for after school and weekend programs. The school’s outreach program reaches students in the community, offering in-school residencies, assemblies, musical co-productions, and programs for students with special needs. In the summer, they have camps, intensives, lessons and a fully-staged professional summer musical.
Funds raised during A Winter Wonderland Masquerade will go towards the bergenPAC Performing Arts School capital campaign to renovate their historic building to provide their young stars with an updated, state-of-the-arts facility in which to train and shine. Sponsorships are available at various levels and include an ad in the digital ad journal. Tickets can be purchased for one of two gala sessions. Select tickets offer the opportunity to attend the 4:30 performance of the NJ Ballet’s Nutcracker. The gala will also feature a raffle – raffle donations are now being solicited.
