It’s undeniable. Spring has started its slow creep back into Northern New Jersey. We’ve had some beautiful days that remind us how much we love the color and vibrancy that come each year when the flowers and trees burst into bloom. Turns out, this year, you don’t even have to be outside to enjoy the some flower therapy. Westfield Garden State Plaza is hosting the immersive experience, Spring in Living Color, so now you can reconnect with the natural world without ever having to go out in nature!
Step into Spring in Living Color, created by The Floral Escape, and exhale. Then inhale, because, flowers. You’ll enter through the blooming walkway and as you wander through the series of five floral activations, the colors and joy of a spring in full bloom will surround you. Stop for a selfie or family photo at one of the color themed “rooms”. Or commemorate a special day by photographing yourself or your loved ones in a bower of flowers. Maybe Mom would like a new family photo, posed in front of flowers, for part of her Mother’s Day gift? Let these flowers capture your heart and stimulate your creative mind.
Then, after you’ve had your fill of flowers, stick around and enjoy Restaurant Week at Westfield Garden State Plaza. Indulge in special menus, prix fixe options, new menu items, promotions and more at participating restaurants! Plus, Westfield Garden State Reward Members will earn double reward points during Restaurant Week, April 23rd – May 2nd. Pssst! Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 9th. Spring in Living Color is open now and runs through June 6th in Macy’s Court, Level 2, near Shake Shack. Timed tickets are available and are required for this special event. Spring in Living Color is open Monday – Thursday, 11:00 – 8:00, Friday and Saturday, 10:00 – 9:00 and Sunday 11:00 – 7:00. Tickets are $15/adults Monday-Friday, $20/adults Saturday-Sunday, $10 for children ages 2-12, under 2 is free. The experience takes approximately 25-35 minutes. Please arrive promptly at the start of your time slot to ensure you will have time to enjoy the entire experience. Capacity is limited and entry cannot be guaranteed past your time slot. Masks will be required for the entirety of your visit. All sales are final. Come to Westfield Garden State Plaza, stop to smell the flowers and have a blooming good time!
