Spooktacular Season (dedicated)

Weekly Events  /

Sure you’ve been seeing Halloween candy and décor in stores since July, but now it’s October and its go time! To get us all in the spirit of Halloween, Palisades Center in Nyack, New York has planned Malloween: an entire month of fun, festivities, contests, events, and special offers for shoppers of all ages.

What’s better than a cinnamon bun on a cool, autumn day? Nothing. So stop by Cinnabon to grab your favorite sweet treat but before you dig in, snap a pic of you or your kiddos with your purchase and tag @palisadescntr when you post it on the ‘gram. You’ll be entered in the Gooey Giveaway to win a gift card from Cinnabon. Drawings will be held weekly so you won’t have to go for long without your fix of gooey goodness.

If you need to stock up on your reading before those long winter nights set in, visit Barnes & Noble for their Booktober celebration. They’re hosting book signings and local author meet and greets throughout the month which means you get to rub elbows with the actual people who make the magic! Click here for a full schedule of Booktober events.

Missing your time out on the links now that fall is in full swing? Golfzon Social has you covered. They’re hosting a SPOOKY Scramble on Friday, October 27 starting at 5:00 PM. There will be prizes and surprises, a costume contest, ½ priced draft beer, Halloween-themed cocktails, and $1 wings. Visit their website for reservations or more information.

Give that costume a trial run at Palisades Climb Adventure between October 20 th and October 29th and receive 20% off your ticket price.

Leading into the big weekend, ForTheCulture Foundation will be hosting a Halloween Trunk-or-Treat event on Saturday, October 28 th from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Level One next to H&M.

Then because you can never have too much candy, bring your kiddos back on Tuesday, October 31 st when participating Palisades Center merchants will be handing out candy (while supplies last). Trick-or-treating in a climate-controlled environment? Yes, please! A list of participating merchants is on the website.

Once you’ve filled those goodie bags, stop by Chili’s for a spooky then sweet Trick or Treat-A-Rita, topped with sweet and tart Halloween candies. Bonus is that you don’t have to share this one with your littles. Must be 21 to order.

Alrighty, so grab yourself a pumpkin spiced something or other and start filling in your calendar. You don’t want to miss any of these amazing Malloween events!
