“Winning a massage at Massage Envy Spa was truly a treat for me! Upon walking into the salon, I was immediately made to feel comfortable and at home. The representative offered me a cup of tea and invited me to sit down and go over my expectations and any concerns I had with regards to my massage, it was lovely. I explained that I was experiencing some tension and stress in my right shoulder and she suggested that I go for a deep tissue massage. I was so excited to just melt away. I was introduced to my therapist, Christopher and again was made to feel very comfortable. Christopher was skilled and very capable of working on my shoulder and upper body to the point where I could feel the stress drift away…it was positively heaven! I have never experienced massage in a capacity such as Massage Envy Spa - it was a wonderful experience!”

“My complimentary massage was a wonderful, relaxing experience! From the time I scheduled the appointment to the time I left the spa, I dealt with very courteous and professional staff. It was a totally enjoyable experience. I am difficult to get in touch with so I appreciated the persistence of the staff to reach out to me to arrange my massage when it was convenient for me. The Spa was clean and quiet, creating a relaxing mood from the moment I arrived. The staff was welcoming and well groomed. My Massage Therapist was fantastic! She was so willing to meet any requests I may have had regarding pressure intensity. When leaving, I was given further information regarding their spa packages. This was presented to me in an informative but low pressure way that I appreciated. Although the Closter Shopping Plaza, where the Massage Envy Spa is located, is run down and empty, this was not in any reflected in the interior of the Spa. Inside Massage Envy Spa, the environment was updated and well cared for. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I’m thankful to have had this opportunity.”
