Make Plans to Attend the Open House at the Early Childhood Center at Kaplen JCC on the Palisades

Schools  /

It’s hard to believe, but it’s time to start looking for a preschool for your little one. You want a place that’s an extension of the care your child receives at home. A place that focuses on the whole child, honors them as the unique individual they are, and inspires them to become a lifelong learner. The Leonard & Syril Rubin Early Childhood Center at Kaplen JCC on the Palisades is exactly the place for you.

The ECC philosophy of Explore + Play = Learn encourages children to learn through hands on experiences that teach the skill sets they’ll need to be successful students (and humans!). The Early Childhood Center has small class ratios, warm, experienced teachers and a nurturing, Jewish-valued based environment for infants through Transitional Kindergarten students. The curriculum includes swimming, Judaics, gym, creative movement/dance, music, as well as occupational movement and resources. There are a variety of program options intended to accommodate every family’s schedule. Plus, as part of the JCC, families will have the opportunity to build friendships within the larger JCC community.

To learn more about the ECC, please attend their upcoming Open House Bake-a-palooza Experience on Sunday, January 12th  at 10:30 am.  Enjoy a baking session with your child followed by a tour of the school, meet the director, visit a classroom and learn how kids express themselves through culinary arts. Register here for the Open House. RSVPs are required to attend. The teachers and staff of the Early Childhood Center look forward to meeting you!
