Keeping Summer Alive at Westfield Garden State Plaza (dedicated)

 /

Just because Labor Day has come and gone doesn’t mean the summer fun has to end. And with school back in session and busy schedules resuming, we’re looking for the kind of fun that’s close to home. That’s why you’ll find us checking out Westfield Garden State Plaza weekly Outdoor Food and Music Fests every Thursday night through September 17.

Perfect for a family outing or date night, each festival is jam packed with games – from corn hole to hatchet tossing –  live music crooned by killer cover bands (hello, our favorite ‘90s tunes!), mini golf, a variety of food trucks and vendors, a beer garden by Ghost Hawk Brewing Company, wine offerings and more. Admission is just $7 for adults, $5 for kids 4-12, and free for little ones 3 and under. Bonus: Entry automatically includes music, hatchet tossing and corn hole so you can all play until your heart’s content.

As per usual, Westfield GSP is making safety a top priority, requiring masks and proper social distancing during the fest. You can order tix ahead of time via Eventbrite, or buy them at the door, and then get ready to kill it at corn hole, show off your putt-putt skills, sing along to some live pop tunes, and swig an adult beverage or two. If that doesn’t sound like the recipe for a fun night, we don’t know what does.

Outdoor Food and Music Fest at  Westfield Garden State Plaza, every Thursday at 6pm through October 1.
