Also reality: Having a summer of travel-inspired fun with your minis at Garden State Plaza's Mad Science culturally inspired crafty summer camps that your kids will love!
In partnership with Mad Science, the Crayola Artists Passport Camp will take children on an free interactive, around-the-world cultural adventure via a themed mad science show at Garden State Plaza every Wednesday at 10 a.m.- 11am from July 11th to August 29th on the 2nd floor between Macy’s and Ruby Tuesday. Each week kids will "travel" to another country and explore that region through crafts and art- with a schedule including everything from learning about textiles in Africa to trying their hand at Chinese calligraphy.
And did you hear that? Admission is free (FREE), but the organizers recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the event to snag yourself a seat. And they offer VIP packages for $10 that include a make-and-take craft, a lego toy (wait, what?), a coupon for a free meal at Chick-Fil-A OR California Pizza Kitchen, a children’s movie ticket and tons of other exclusive offers to shop. And all of the VIP package proceeds go to The Paramus Children’s Health Foundation to support children and families involved in the tragic school bus accident.
