Ice cream by Mike (voted one of the best ice cream shops by NJ.com) was a staple in Hackensack, and is quickly becoming one at their new location in Ridgewood. The cozy spot offers a healthy rotation of home-made flavors with the best ingredients on the daily. We indulged in the Heath Bar, Strawberry, and Cookies & Cream (topped with fudge, obvs) and it left us with serious FOMO on the rest of the menu. Until next time! We stumbled upon D'Ercole donuts by scrolling through our feed and drooling over their house made donuts. Then they introduced their summer ice cream flavors.
