What: The Avatar Exhibit at Liberty Science Center
Why:  Sci-fi fans will love viewing the interactive exhibits and genuine movie props from the Cameron film while getting a crash course in movie making.

What: The New York International Children’s Film Festival
Why:  The best thing to happen to your movie-obsessed kid since the Oscars.  A full roster of intelligent and passionate cinematic works for kids!
