Summer Camp is Dreamy at Spring Lake Day Camp (dedicated)

Camps  /

Trying to figure out where to send the kids to camp can be tough when they have a lot of different interests. Do you choose a sports camp? Or one focused on art? But they really love to swim too! Well, thankfully, Spring Lake Day Camp, right next to Bergen County, lets kids do it all, so there’s no need to choose. Voted Bergen’s best three years in a row (2015, 2016, 2017), Spring Lake Day Camp of Ringwood, NJ, is a kid’s paradise offering a well-balanced program that will tire them out each day in the best possibly way.

SLDC offers a 5-acre lake for boating and fishing, heated pools with water slides, awesome athletic fields and adventure ropes, plus plenty of shade and indoor facilities for those crazy-hot and rainy days. Activities to choose from during the 7-period day include archery, ceramics, zip-lining, climbing wall, horseback riding, Lego robotics, swimming and just about any sport you can imagine, plus so much more.

Busy parents will appreciate SLDC’s catered hot lunch, snacks, door-to-door air-conditioned mini-bus transportation and uniform shirts, all included in camp tuition. You literally don’t have to think of a single thing. And the scheduling is flexible, so you can send your kids for four weeks, all 8 weeks, or something in between.

SLDC doesn’t consider itself just a camp—it’s a family. They are family owned and operated since 1989 by Mitchell and Michelle Kessler and are proud to be celebrating their 30th Anniversary this summer. To see the camp and learn more about their outstanding programming, come to one of their upcoming open houses:
Monday through Friday of Presidents’ Week from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Saturday, February 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Or visit the website for more information. Registration for 2018 is open now!
