The people of Powerflow are offing a free 60-minute evening class every other Tuesday starting on June 13th at their Morristown Studio. It starts at 7:00 pm and you’ll flow and sweat as the sun sets. Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre include workout stations as well as walking and running while your baby chills in the stroller and take place outside.
