Ice Skating Olympians at the Ice House in Hackensack Just Got Real

Weekly Events  /

The traditional gift for a 20th Anniversary is china, but the Ice House in Hackensack has a little something different in mind to celebrate twenty years as the Home of Ice Skating Champions. Want to guess? It’s big. Some might even say, Olympian in proportion and, even better, it’s really a gift for us not for them.

Okay, we’ll spill. On Saturday, January 27th, the Ice House will be hosting Ice Dreams, an Olympic Team Send Off Show featuring skaters bound for the 2018 Pyongyang Olympic games. Skaters who are scheduled to perform include, Slovak National Champion Nicole Rajicova, Swiss skater Alexia Paganini, Israeli skater Alexei Bychenko, pairs skaters Paige Conners and Evgeni Krasnopolski (Israel) and ice dancers Ronald Zilberberg and Adel Tankova (Israel) and and Kaitly Weaver and Andrew Poje (Canada).

But if that’s not enough amazing skating for one evening, this event will also feature younger skaters who performed at Nationals this year including US Nationals Juvenile Boys Champion, Keita Horiko, plus Robert Yampolski and Emily Zhang. Learn-to-skate and freestyle skaters in the Ice House program will also perform.

Tickets for this special event are $10 for general admission or $50 for VIP tickets. VIP tickets include on-ice seating and admission to a VIP after party with the Olympians. Tickets can be purchased by downloading the order form from the website or by calling the Ice House at 201.487.8444 x. 232.
