Oh how we wish we would’ve listened.  You can do better with your kid.  Enroll them in Excel! a health and wellness program designed for teens and tweens ages 8 to 17 which kicks off October 15th at Kaplen JCC on the Palisades.  Biweekly sessions include fitness coaching from expert trainers, evaluations and recommendations on dietary routines, plus an education on making healthy choices.  Teen rap sessions and daily email encouragement will help keep their head in the game.
