Bergen PAC Summer Arts Program: The Performing Arts School provides kids, ages 5 – 12, with a fun and exciting program that will help build confidence, provide an understanding for the arts, while giving campers the opportunity to explore and develop their talents. Kids will have a blast participating in theater games, dance combinations, choreography, singing, acting and more. Plus your rising star can show off their talents at the final showcase on the bergenPAC mainstage. In addition to the Performing Arts Summer Camp, kids can also take part in the bergenPAC Summer Musical, Dance Intensive for kids ages 11-17 and Open Dance Classes for kids of all ages. (1 Depot Sq. Cresskill Performing Arts: Your kid will be amazed at what they discover in this camp. Whether your child wants to be an aspiring triple threat performer or they want to hone in on their fencing skills or they enjoy building incredible Lego creations, this performing arts center has a camp program suited for everyone. Kaplen JCC on the Palisades Performing and Fine Arts Specialty Camps: Have a child who wants to step up their stage performance, expand their dance experience, improve their vocal range, or indulge their passion for fine arts? Now they can with the new and improved JCC performing and fine arts specialty camps. With so many options to choose from, campers can focus on one or all of their interests easily at one location. Plus all specialty camps are now all-inclusive, so campers will be provided with lunch, daily swim, and towel service plus access to transportation and extended care services. Broadway bound kids can choose from Center Stage Camp which provides young actors a high level experience that culminates in a Broadway-style musical or Broadway Performance Intensive Camp, led by Broadway musical director Joseph A. Baker where campers will develop their skills in singing, acting, comedy and movement and culminates in two Cabaret-style performances (interview/audition required). For those kids who love to dance, kids can improve their dance technique in the Summer Dance Intensive taught by experienced dancers and choreographers, ending with a live performance on stage. One River School: Offering a full roster of art and digital design classes for kids as young as Kindergarten and as old as 12th grade, beginner and experienced artists are encouraged to fully explore their creative side. The younger kids create fun and interactive projects in drawing, painting, and sculpture, leaving them with works of art that showcase each individual skills and imagination. Teens can choose from a variety of studio art making as well as digital art and photography. All camps will challenge and excite your child’s creativity and technical capabilities. (49 N. Studio L Dance: Whether you are looking for an all-day camp that touches on all types of dance, acting and singing or a half day camp that let’s your child focus on their favorite type of dance – this dance studio has it all. School of Rock: Kids will literally rock out when they attend one of these week long camp sessions which might include learning how to play iconic rock songs, music appreciation, or intensive songwriting and performances. (Tenafly or Waldwick locations; ages 6 – 18; camp programs run from July 11th – August 26th; 10:00am – 3:00pm; open to all skill levels; rates start at $595 for a one week session)

Stage Left Theater: If your kid loves being on stage, they’ll love these summer programs. Choose one or all of the summer productions including classics such as Pinocchio, Aladdin, Into the Woods and others or take part in a 2-week theater camp which includes a full Broadway-style performance and watch your budding actor come to life on stage. (131 N.
