The Midnight Toast

Ingredients

    1 well-chilled 750ML bottle of champagne or prosecco
    2 cups of raspberries
    3 Tbsp Grand Marnier

To Garnish:

    Raspberries
    Sanding Sugar for rimming
    Orange curls

Instructions

    Dip the edge of each glass into champagne and then dip the glass into sugar to prepare the glasses.  Muddle the       rasperries with a pestle. In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients and pour in champagne flutes.
 

Skinny Classic Margarita

Ingredients

Dash of agave
1 1/2 ounces 100 percent agave blanco tequila
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Cointreau

To Garnish:

Salt (optional)

Instructions

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add tequila, lime juice, agave and Cointreau. Shake ingredients together until chilled, strain into margarita glasses filled and enjoy!

Rasberry Lime Vodka Ricky

Ingredients

2 cups of frozen rasberries
2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice
1/4 cup of agave
2 cups of club soda
1 cup of vodka
 
To Garnish:
Mint leaves
 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute.  Let rest for 1 minute. Blend again for 1 minute. Serve in rocks glasses with ice.

The Savory & Simple

Ingredients

2 oz. Tequila
½ of a lime, quartered
8 mint leaves
1 tbsp. sugar-free sweetener
3 oz. soda water

Garnish: lime wedge

Instructions

Muddle lime, mint, and sweetener in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila and ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a tall glass. Top with soda water and stir gently.

French Pear Martini

1 ½ oz. St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
1 ½ oz. Pear Vodka
Chilled Champagne
1 pear, sliced

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine St. Germain and Pear Vodka. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a pear slice
